Dane Griffin was charged with possession of cocaine (K.S.A. 1989 Supp. 65-4127a, K.S.A. 1989 Supp. 65-4107[5]) (Count 1); sale of cocaine (K.S.A. 1989 Supp. 65-4127a, K.S.A. 1989 Supp. 65-4107[5]) (Count 2); and failure to affix a drug tax stamp to the cocaine he had sold (K.S.A. 79-5201[c], K.S.A. 1989 Supp. 65-4107[5], K.S.A. 79-5204) (Count 3).
