The plaintiff commenced this suit in equity in the circuit court of AYirt county on the 26th day of May 1869, *431and afterwards, on the first Monday in June 1869, at rrules, an order of publication was awarded against all the defendants to the bill, viz: John Thompson, Thompson and Thomas J.
