Quillin v. Colquhoun

Mrs. Quillin, appellant, had parked her car facing west on the north side of an east and west street á short distance west, of an intersecting street in Coeur d’Alene. A sehoolhouse was across the street at which an election was being held. Mrs. Quillin came from the sehoolhouse aeross the street towards her car. Mrs. Colquhoun, respondent, was driving her automobile west on the same street upon which Mrs. Quillin’s car was parked.
