Plaintiff! is the owner of the north half of the northeast quarter, and defendants are the owners of the northwest quarter, of section 32, township 9 south, range 16 E., B. M., in Twin Falls county. Plaintiff brings this action to determine the boundary line between her land and the defendants’, it being alleged that the defendants erected a fence the south end of which is at the center of the section, and the north end of which is 49 feet east of the section corner on the north line of the section, thus cutting off a strip of plaintiff’s land, which strip is occupied by…
