MEMORANDUM AND ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM THE AUTOMATIC STAY BY NASSAU EDUCATORS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION

I. Introduction
Nassau Educators Federal Credit Union (NEFCU) moved for relief from the automatic stay in order to exercise its right to set off part of its outstanding loan balance against deposits in debtors’ share accounts under New York State Debtor and Creditor Law § 151 (N.Y.DCL).
