¶1 — Stericycle of Washington Inc. appeals the superior court’s order affirming the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission’s (Commission) final order granting Waste Management of Washington Inc.’s application for nonexclusive statewide authority to provide biomedical waste collection services.
