A judgment and commitment order entered March 7, 2003 reflects that David Preston Pardue entered a negotiated plea of guilty to two counts of aggravated assault and one count of aggravated robbery and received a sentence of 144 months on each of the assault counts and 132 months on the robbery count. The sentences on the assault counts were to be served consecutively, and the robbery sentence was to be served concurrently with those counts.
