{1 Kristine Kenworthy Ridder (Kristine), personal representative and beneficiary of the Kenworthy estate, brought action against her aunt, Lynne Roberts (Lynne), to quiet title to the contents of a safe deposit box on behalf of the probate estate. This safe deposit box was initially accessible by Ralph Kenworthy (Ralph) and Florita Kenworthy (Florita), but in 2006, Florita allowed Lynne to be added as a joint lessee on the account.
