Charles G. McConathy, David R. McCona-thy, and James McConathy, brothers and the sons of Samuel G. McConathy, deceased, appeal the summary judgment granted in favor of Coys S. McConathy, widow of the deceased McConathy and step-mother to appellants, denying their suit claiming an unwritten agreement with the widow for them to share in the proceeds of their father’s life insurance policy naming the widow as beneficiary.
