The Philadelphia Civil Service Commission (Commission) appeals an Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County which reversed the Com missions determination denying Theodore F. Wojtusiks appeal of his dismissal from the Philadelphia Police De- . partment.

Wojtusik was dismissed from his position as a police officer with the Philadelphia Police Department for conduct unbecoming an officer.
