United Masonry Incorporated of Virginia (United Masonry) was a general contractor on a townhouse project in the Council Square II Subdivision in the town of Vienna. Wedgefield Corpora tion (Wedgefield) owned the project. Riggs National Bank of Washington, D. C. (Riggs), was the construction lender for the project; its construction loan was secured by a deed of trust on the entire project.
