Appellee, a domestic corporation, with its principal place of business at Sherman, in Grayson county, Tex., instituted this suit against appellant, another domestic corporation, with its office and place of business in Brownsville, Cameron county, Tex., to recover as damages the entire purchase price paid by appellee to appellant for the purchase of a tank car of crude cotton seed oil, together with certain charges for freight and demurrage. Appellee alleged that it had purchased two tank ears of prime crude cotton seed oil, cold pressed at 46% cents per gallon, f. o. b. Brownsville, said…
