The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County appeals the summary dismissal of an action against Cigna Healthcare of Tennessee, Inc. The claims are a result of Cigna’s failure to purchase a performance bond in assurance of Cigna’s fulfillment of its obligation to Metro employees.
