MASSEY, Chief Justice.

Quare: Does an adopted person— who was adult when adopted in 1976 — succeed to the same rights of inheritance exis-tant by Texas law applicable to a natural born child or applicable to an adopted person who was actually a child — a minor — on the date of adoption?

Answer: No.
