The plaintiff James Tamakloe (“Mr. Tamakloe”), as administrator of the estate of Evelyn Effie Tamakloe, brought this action against the defendant Cambridge Mutual Fire Insurance Co. (“Cambridge”) seeking to reach and apply Cambridge’s obligation to insure against liability under a homeowner’s insurance policy issued to the parent of Roger F. Moore (“Moore”), the individual who caused the death of the plaintiffs decedent.
