James S. Haudenschilt appeared before A. C. Chapman, Commissioner of Accounts of Wetzel County, accompanied by his late ward, James Paul Haudenschilt, who was then of age, on the 1st day of March, 1934, and made what could only have been a final settlement of his account as guardian, at the same time turning over, according to the recitals in the commissioner’s order, the equivalent of all assets in his hands as such to the plaintiff.
