The present appeal is from an order by the District Court for the District of Columbia staying trial proceedings in that court pending the outcome of arbitration on several of the counts alleged. The complaint revolves around the handling of a commodities speculation account of appellants Mehdi and Dolat Hussain by the investment company defendant-appellee, Bache & Co.
