Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Hoye, J.), rendered July 3, 2008, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree (four counts).
Defendant was charged in a 14-count indictment with numerous crimes relating to the April 2007 murder of Xavier McDaniel in Schenectady County.
