Plaintiff Pamela Jones, Personal Representative of the Estate of William Cole Jones, Deceased, filed suit in the Western *305District of Oklahoma against Defendants Bridgestone/Firestone, Inc. (“Firestone”) and Ford Motor Company (“Ford”). She alleges that defects in the design and/or manufacture of the Firestone tires on Plaintiffs 1995 Ford Explorer were responsible for the death of Mr. Jones in a roll-over accident occurring on March 25, 2000.
