Head, Justice.

Miss Fannie Carter and Mrs. Janie Hubbard sought to probate in solemn form the will of J. R. Norman, in the Court of Ordinary of Elbert County. The petition named seven persons, first cousins of the decedent, as his closest relatives. William T. Norman and others filed a caveat to the probate of the will on the grounds of lack of testamentary capacity in the decedent and undue influence exercised over him by the propounders The case was appealed to the superior court, and after the evidence for both sides was closed, the court directed a verdict for the propounders.
