Appellees Green commenced this action against appellant Hallie Newtson and others to foreclose a mortgage on real estate. The complaint alleged, in addition to the usual allegations for simple foreclosure of a mortgage, that the defendants were insolvent and that the property.covered by the mortgage was wholly insufficient in value to pay and discharge the debt due under the mortgage, and a receiver was asked to collect the rents and profits during the year for redemption.
