On July 26, 1994, this court issued an opinion in the above-captioned matter, affirming the judgment of the district court. Heglemeier v. State, 110 Nev. 806, 878 P.2d 294 (1994). Appellant has petitioned this court for rehearing. Having carefully reviewed appellant’s petition, the record on appeal, and our previous opinion, we have concluded that the previous opinion overlooked or misapprehended material matters in the record on appeal.
