The plaintiff on July 30, 1927, obtained a judgment against Frank Kuehn and Charles Metz, trading as Kuehn & Metz, for $3,475.55, in a court of record, the Court of Common Pleas, Hamilton county, O. He sued upon that Ohio judgment in *257the Supreme Court of this State, making personal service upon the defendant Charles Metz.
