Error to Lenawee; Chester, J. "Wesley Kirk was convicted of an assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than the crime of murder, and sentenced to imprisonment for not less than 2 nor more than 10 years in the State prison at Jackson.

Respondent Wesley Kirk was convicted of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than the crime of murder, and, after a motion for a new trial had been overruled, sentenced to the State prison at Jackson for a term of years.
