This action was commenced in the district court of Oklahoma county, wherein the Commercial Credit Company, as plaintiff, filed a petition in replevin against Vera Elizabeth Vance, as defendant, to obtain possession of an automobile which the defendant had purchased from the Fred Toung Motor Company, assignor of p’aintiff, under a conditional sales contract. The sheriff levied upon the property, but defendant gave a redelivery bond to the sheriff.
