On July 9, 2001, Plaintiff Aguakem Caribe, Inc. (“Caribe”) filed suit against Defendant Kemiron Atlantic, Inc. (“Kemi-ron”) seeking injunctive and monetary relief for breach of a distribution contract. Pending before the Court is Kemiron’s motion to dismiss, to transfer under 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a), or to stay proceedings pending resolution of two other cases.
