Eowland Jones, a resident of the city of Burlington, in this State, died on the 19th day of August, 1867, having, before then, on the 15th of February, 1865, made .his will, by which, after directing the payment of his debts and giving to his wife legacies of some household goods and moneys, he, by the third paragraph thereof, devised to Eowland Jones Dutton certain real estate on High street, in Burlington, upon condition that he should pay for the use and benefit of the testator’s wife, during her life, the yearly sum of $250, providing that if he, Eowland Jones…
