Jack Dinning was found guilty on May 13, 1993, of two counts of murder in the shooting deaths of Eric Rider and his mother, Dorothy Rider, two counts of armed robbery involving the Riders, and one count of burglary of the Riders’ home. On May 20, 1996, this Court reversed the convictions because the State failed to disclose agreements of immunity with material witnesses in violation of Giglio v. United States, 405 U.
