On December 23, 2010, Matthew Szulik filed a complaint on behalf of himself and his family (collectively, “Szuliks” or “plaintiffs”) against TAG Virgin Islands, Inc. (“TAG”), James S. Tagliaferri (“Tagliaferri”), and Patricia Cornell (“Cornell”) (collectively, “TAG defendants”). Compl. [D.E. 1]. The complaint also alleged claims against Barry B. Feiner (“Feiner”).
