Alleging itself to be “a Louisiana corporation with a permit to do business in Texas and with its principal office and place of business in Jasper, Jasper County, Texas”, Jasper County Lumber Company filed this suit in the District Court of Jasper County, said State, against T. L. Smith and M. R.
