THIS CAUSE came on for consideration upon Debtors, James and Patricia Welch’s Motion to Have Chapter 7 Trustee Turn Over Chapter 13 Monies to Debtor and Trustee, Buddy Ford’s Objection to Exemptions Claimed by Debtors.
