THIS IS a Chapter 7 case and the matter under consideration is the Objection to Exemptions claimed by Eunice Lazin (Debtor) filed by the Chapter 7 Trustee, V. John Brooke (Trustee). First Republic Bank filed its Joinder in Objection to Exemptions Filed by Trustee on July 7,1997. (Doc. 15B).
