Appellant, Renee M. Bruce, appeals from the judgment entered on her convic tions of assault in the second degree and armed criminal action. She brings two points on appeal. First, she alleges that the evidence was insufficient to find her guilty of second degree assault beyond a reasonable doubt. Second, she alleges that the trial court erred in refusing her request to instruct the jury on the lesser included offense of assault in the third degree.

We affirm.
