MEMORANDUM OPINION
JAMES C. CACHERIS, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on Defendant Bridget- Kline-Perry’s (“Defendant”) Rule 60(b) Motion to Vacate the Judgment (“Motion”). [Dkt. 115.] For the following reasons, the Court will grant Defendant’s Motion.
I. Background
This case involves allegedly libelous statements made by Defendant about Plaintiff Russell Ebersole (“Plaintiff’) and his pet care business, Aberdeen Acres Pet Care Center.
