¶ 1. On April 14, 2008, Anita White, on behalf of the wrongful-death beneficiaries for Zelda Gardner, filed a complaint against Omar Nelson and Nelson PLLC (collectively “Nelson”). 1 The complaint alleged legal malpractice based on negligence and breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence and reckless disregard, intentional conduct, and tortious interference with a business relationship.
