Plaintiffs in the above-captioned case brought suit before this court alleging that defendants were liable for breach of contracts, defamation and commercial disparagement, trademark and trade dress infringement, unfair competition, interference with contractual relations and prospective business relations, and civil conspiracy. In a bench trial, plaintiffs prevailed against the defendants on their breach of contract, civil conspiracy, and defamation claims.
