In this appeal we are asked to consider whether the Probate Court has subject matter jurisdiction over an action brought by the plaintiff against her father concerning the interpretation of a separation agreement incorporated into her parents’ divorce judgment. A judge in the Probate Court concluded that the court had jurisdiction and entered a judgment in favor of the plaintiff. The Appeals Court reversed, holding that the defendant’s motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction should have been allowed. See Glick v. Greenleaf, 9 Mass. App. Ct. 606, 608 (1980).
