HAGAN, Bankruptcy Judge:
Gary A. Plotkin (“Trustee”) is the Trustee for Pacific Land Sales, Inc. (“Debtor”), a Chapter 7 Debtor. The Trustee recovered a radio station from Dale J. Parsons, Jr. and Virginia Parsons (collectively, “the Parsons”), and Blue Wave Broadcasting, Inc. (“Blue Wave”), as an unauthorized postpetition transfer from the Debtor. Howard Green (“Receiver”) was appointed as a receiver by the Bankruptcy Court to take possession of the radio station.
