The defendant and three other persons were charged, in an information filed by the dis trict attorney, with the crime of robbery. The defendant obtained a severance. He was tried, convicted, and sentenced to serve not less than nine, nor more than fourteen, years at hard labor in the state penitentiary. This appeal is from that verdict and sentence.

There are fifteen bills of exception in the record. Two were taken before arraignment. The first bill was reserved to the overruling of a motion for a bill of particulars.
