At a general court-martial composed of a military judge sitting alone, Appellant was convicted, pursuant to his pleas, of the following offenses against his biological daughter: rape of a child under the age of sixteen years, forcible sodomy of a child under the age of sixteen years (two specifications), and indecent acts with a child under the age of sixteen years, in violation of Articles 120,125, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 920, 925, 934 (2000).
