Original proceeding in mandamus by Edna T. Eddy against the State Board of Embalmers. The United States constitution and the constitution of the State of Nevada guarantee to every person the right to enjoy life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. {Marymont v. This is an original proceeding in mandamus, wherein petitioner seeks to compel the respondents, as members of the State Board of Embalmers, to issue to her a license to practice the profession or art of embalming.
