This matter comes before the court on the petition of Capital Credit Corporation to intervene as party plaintiff in the case above, brought in trespass by Charles R. Hoffman, Jr., against Harry Snack.

The undisputed facts relevant to the court for its consideration of this petition are briefly stated as follows:
