At the April, 1923, term of the District Court of the United States for the Southeastern Division of the Eastern Judicial District of Missouri, an indictment was returned by £he grand jury, charging D. C. Morrow and Chester Greg-son, plaintiffs in error, and J. R. Morrow, J. J. Smith, W. A.
