We now consider a second appeal in this-action. This appeal concerns the ownership of UniGroup stock. 1 Barton J. Winokur, as trustee for the Sidney and Marie Harrison Trust, appeals from the grant of a summary judgment entered by the district court 2 in favor of UniGroup. The district court rejected Winokur’s claim that the Harrison Trust still owned UniGroup stock.
