OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiffs-appellants, Stephen J. Schaller, Robert M. Grieser, and Bridgette C. Roman ("appellants"), appeal the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, which denied appellants' request for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction prohibiting defendants-appellees, Nancy H. Rogers, Attorney General of Ohio ("Attorney General"), and Jennifer Brunner, Secretary of State of Ohio ("Secretary") (collectively, "appellees"), from enforcing R.C. 3519.01(B) and 3519.05.
