CUMMINGS, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois. The district court reversed the bankruptcy court’s judgment that Harold Calder’s $25,000 guaranty of the $75,000 debt of his son and daughter-in-law to the Camp Grove State Bank was released by a later transaction with that bank. The district court held that the bankruptcy court improperly relied on parol evidence in finding that the guaranty was released. We agree with the district court and affirm.
