The appellees sued to recover damages for certain alleged defects in a house constructed and sold to them by the appellant. This is the second appearance of the case before this court. In Pritchett v. Anding, 168 Ga. App. 658 (310 SE2d 267) (1983), we reversed a judgment entered on a jury verdict for the appellees in the amount of $36,250, based on the trial court’s failure to charge the jury on comparative negligence.
