Claimant is the owner of an assembled piece of property in the city of Syracuse consisting of 339-341 West Jefferson Street, acquired by him February 25, 1925, 345 West Jefferson Street acquired, November 11,1922, and a tract which adjoins the said properties in the rear and which abuts on South West Street and on Tully Street. This tract claimant acquired July 31,1923. The various tracts, were improved with various buildings, all commercial, and leased to various tenants engaged in different lines of merchandising and warehousing.
