This is a writ of error to reverse a judgment of the court of common pleas of Greene county. The action was ejectment, and judgment was rendered in favor of the plaintiff. A motion for now trial was made, which being overruled, a bill of exceptions was taken, presenting all the proof offered in evidence upon the trial. Three errors are assigned which may be considered as one. Did the court err in overruling the motion for a new trial?
