ORDER
JORDAN, District Judge.
For the reasons stated in the court’s memorandum opinion filed with this order, the court finds the defendants’ motions to dismiss or for summary judgment [docs. 18 and 20] well taken in part, and they are GRANTED IN PART. It is ORDERED that the plaintiff’s claims against the defendants in this civil action are DISMISSED, except his claims on the theories that one or more of the defendants are liable for breach of contract for inadequate performance of the dealer lease and supply agreement in issue; that the defendants BP Oil Company and BP Does 1-50 granted orally…
